Macedonia News : Karatzaferis requests Referendum about the Macedonia Name Issue
Macedonia News — Referendum about the Macedonia Name Issue requested the leader of the LAOS party, Giorgos Karatzaferis. LAOS leader stated that if an agreement takes place with derivative of the term “Macedonia” in FYROM’s Name, he will step down from the provisional government of Lucas Papademos.
«…I wont break away from our Party constitution and i dont think either that an MP from Macedonia could break away from the legit”, he added.
Finally LAOS leader expressed his opposition to the visit of the US Vice President, Biden in Greece on the eve of the Grigoropoulos’ murder. He explained that “he is afraid of great reactions.”
We remind that Greece and FYROM have been tangled in a ongoing dispute regarding the latter’s name, after FYROM’s Slavs absurdly keep claiming the Name, history and heritage of ancient Macedonia, an ancient Greek kingdom in Macedonia, Greece.
