Ολλανδός Ευρωβουλευτής αποκαλεί την Ελλάδα “Πρώην Οθωμανική Δημοκρατία”

Δηλώσεις του Ολλανδού Ευρωβουλευτή Johannes Van Baalen προβάλουν εκτενώς σήμερα τα Σκοπιανά ΜΜΕ.

Με την Σύνοδο του ΝΑΤΟ στο Σικάγο προ των πυλών και τους Σκοπιανούς για μιά ακόμα φορά να μένουν εξευτελισμένοι και ταπεινωμένοι εκτός ΝΑΤΟ, οι Σλάβοι των Σκοπίων έχουν επιδωθεί ειδικά τις τελευταίες ημέρες σε μια ανελέητη καμπάνια ανθελληνισμού.

Τα Σκοπιανά ΜΜΕ αναζητούν απεγνωσμένα οποιαδήποτε είδηση, η οποία θα μπορούσε να “μειώσει” την Ελλάδα.

Έτσι καθημερινά στα μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης των γειτόνων παρελαύνει οποιοσδήποτε αρκεί να έχει δηλώσει κάτι αρνητικό για την χώρα μας.

Σήμερα ήταν η σειρά κάποιου Ολλανδού ευρωβουλευτή των Φιλελευθέρων, ονόματι  Johannes Van Baalen, ο οποίος κατά την διάρκεια συνάντησης του με τον Σκοπιανό ΥΠΕΞ Ποπόσκι, σύμφωνα με Σκοπιανά Ειδησεογραφικά πρακτορεία φέρεται να δήλωσε, “Αν τα Σκόπια είναι πρώην Γιουγκοσλαβική Δημοκρατία, τότε και η Ελλάδα είναι πρώην Οθωμανική Δημοκρατία”.

Οι Φιλελεύθεροι στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο – όπως άλλωστε και οι Σκοπιανοί – φημίζονται για τις “φιλικές” διαθέσεις που δείχνουν πάντα απέναντι στην Ελλάδα, οπότε παρόμοιες δηλώσεις δεν θα πρέπει να μας κάνουν ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση.

Παρόλαυτα εκείνο που καίει πραγματικά τους Σλάβους γείτονες μας είναι η επόμενη μέρα μετά την προσεχή Σύνοδο του ΝΑΤΟ. Όταν δηλαδή λόγω αποκλειστικά των δικών τους απερίσκεπτων ενεργειών και αλυτρωτικών αξιώσεων θα έχουν μείνει έξω από την ΒορειοΑτλαντική Συμμαχία για μιά ακόμα φορά.

Με μύνημα στα Σκοπια η τελετή παράδοσης-παραλαβής του ΥΠΕΞ

Σε κλίμα συγκίνησης πραγματοποιήθηκε η τελετή παράδοσης-παραλαβής του υπουργείου Εξωτερικών από τον Σταύρο Δήμα στον υπηρεσιακό υπουργό Πέτρο Μολυβιάτη.

Ο κ. Δήμας έστειλε σαφέστατο μήνυμα στα Σκόπια λίγα 24ωρα πριν την Σύνοδο του ΝΑΤΟ. Τόνισε ότι παρά τις δύσκολες συγκυρίες, οι θέσεις της Ελλάδας προς την Τουρκία παραμένουν σταθερές, ενώ σημείωσε ότι έχει γίνει καλή προετοιμασία της ελληνικής πλευράς για τη Σύνοδο και εκτίμησε ότι θα υπάρξουν καλά αποτελέσματα για το σύνολο των εθνικών μας θεμάτων.

Από την πλευρά του, ο Πέτρος Μολυβιάτης αφού συνεχάρη τον κ. Δήμα για την θητεία του στο υπουργείο Εξωτερικών, τόνισε ότι αν και αυτήν είναι υπηρεσιακή κυβέρνηση αυτό δε σημαίνει ότι εάν υπάρξει κάποια απειλή δεν θα αντιμετωπιστεί ανάλογα.

“Η δική μου θητεία θα είναι πιο σύντομη από την δική σας, καθώς αποστολή της υπηρεσιακής κυβέρνησης είναι να οδηγήσει τη χώρα σε εκλογές”. είπε ο κ. Μολυβιάτης.

Ο υπηρεσιακός ΥΠΕΞ θα αναχωρήσει για το Σικάγο, προκειμένου να εκπροσωπήσει τη χώρα μας στη Σύνοδο του ΝΑΤΟ που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 20 και 21 Μαϊου.

Macedonian Hellenes in Oceania soon to be published

Pan Macedonian Association of Melbourne and Victoria and the Australian Institute of Macedonian Studies celebrate 100 years of the liberation of Macedonia. In collaboration with other Pan Macedonian Unions, they will publish a 900-page-long book in English titled “Macedonian Hellenes in Oceania (Australia and New Zealand)”.

The author of the historic book will be Professor Anastasios M. Tamis of Notre Dame University of Australia. Dr. Tamis presented his new book “Greeks in the Far East” a few days ago with great success and is very famous among members of the Greek Community in Australia.

The book will consist of two parts – the main text and the appendix-index of the main characters. The chronicle of Macedonian immigration, the financial situation of the Macedonians, the cultural impact they had on the far continent, as well as the relationship between Expatriates and Greeks and political problems with FYROM, will be analyzed by the distinguished professor.

The issue will also represent, through 600 pictures, the story of members of the Macedonian Community of Oceania. The survey and collection of the data will continue until March 2013, while the book is expected to be published in October 2013.

In order to collect a large amount of photos, data and information, the institution calls on Greek Macedonians and Macedonian Associations to complete a specific questionnaire. They also call on the founders of the Associations to write a report about the story and the action of their organizations and post it to the offices of the Pan Macedonian Association.
